Rancho Los Rojas
La Hacienda Venue was born from fifteen years of a dream and the courage to build something entirely new.
It started simply: Hector Rojas acquired a piece of land on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, built one cabin, and began working with his first horse. From there grew something no one had seen in Mississippi before, the first Lienzo Charro in the state, a traditional Mexican-style arena where bull riding and the art of coleadería brought hundreds of families together for fifteen years of celebration, competition, and community.
When that chapter closed in May 2024, Hector didn’t walk away from the land. He transformed it. In two years of construction and creative vision, the arena’s semi-circular grandstand became El Ruedo Pavilion, an elegant open-air banquet hall. The old horse stalls became La Casona, a beautiful five-bedroom guest house, and the El Palomar bridal suite above. El Quiosco del Amor was designed with inspiration from the ornate kiosks found in old Mexican town squares and haciendas.
What was once a place to gather for the sport of charrería is now a place to gather for life’s greatest milestones with the same land, same family, same heart.
La Hacienda Venue opened in 2026. We’re proud to bring a piece of our heritage to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and even more proud to share it with yours.

An authentic Mexican menu with seven entrée options, wait staff, servers, and cake cutting; no outside caterer required, though you're welcome to bring one. We also have a 25-foot granite bar and dedicated cocktail area.
On-Site Lodging
El Palomar bridal suite and La Casona five-bedroom guest house mean your closest family and friends never have to leave the property. Have your rehearsal, wedding, and post-celebration brunch all without leaving the estate.
One Event at a Time
When you book La Hacienda, the entire property is yours. Every space, every corner, every staff member exclusively for your celebration.
Plenty of Parking
On-site parking for up to 200 vehicles with parking assistance staff. No shuttles, no off-site lots, no logistics headache.
In-House Event Decoration
Table linens, centerpieces, back drapery, and custom arrangements throughout the venue. Arrive to a beautifully dressed estate without coordinating a single vendor. Classic car, horses, floral arches can be added on.
Entertainment Ready
A 120" automatic drop screen and projector with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi in El Ruedo Pavilion for slideshows, wedding films, outdoor movies, and karaoke.
